Quote Letter Terms and Conditions

  • Quote valid for 60 days – US Govt quotes valid for 90 days
  • All quotes are subject to prior sale
  • F.O.B.: Fontana, CA 92335, unless stated otherwise
  • Minimum Order is $150.00 (United States) $250.00 (International), minimum line $15.00
  • Any order under $500.00 will be charged a $10.00 HANDLING FEE, in addition to any FREIGHT/SHIPPING CHARGES
  • Any order that is requested to be shipped from our facility on the same day as Receipt of Order, may be charged a $75.00 expedite Fee.  (A phone call will confirm prior to any invoicing of expedite fees)

  • Terms: Subject to Credit Approval – we accept all major credit cards (no credit card fees will apply)
  • Restocking Fees may apply to RMA’s (Returned Material Authorizations). All material returned without an RMA will be rejected or segregated in our Customer Owned Material area until it is resolved

Customers Purchase Orders will be formally accepted once parts have been inspected and are ready to ship. Acceptance is acknowledged on all Invoices.

In the event parts are intended for EXPORT out of the USA, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to obtain all licenses required by US law, unless other arrangements have been made.

PLEASE NOTE:

OUR QUOTED DELIVERY DOES NOT INCLUDE THE TIME REQUIRED FOR PROCESSING OF EXPORT LICENSE APPLICATIONS, OR EXPORT LICENSE AMENDMENTS WHEN ADDITIONAL PARTIES ARE REQUIRED TO BE ADDED TO AN EXISTING EXPORT LICENSE.  HAVING A BLANKET LICENSE DOES NOT GUARANTEE AN IMMEDIATE DELIVERY IF ALL NOTABLE PARTIES ARE NOT CURRENTLY LISTED ON THE EXPORT LICENSE.

The purchaser is advised that the aircraft components/parts of the sale may not currently be certified by the appropriate regulatory agencies for use on civilian aircraft.  The purchaser represents, warrants, and guarantees to Quality Aviation Inc that those items will not be used, offered for sale, or sold for use on civilian aircraft unless proper certification is obtained from the appropriate regulatory agencies.  Those item(s) may also not be installed on any civilian aircraft, unless done so by a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) certified repairman and/or mechanic.  The purchaser agrees to hold Quality Aviation Inc harmless from any and all such demands, suits, actions, or claims of whatsoever nature arising from or out of violation of this statement.
